I am sure these are just some of the challenges you and your staff must face on a regular basis, not only for your local patients but international ones but I for one do appreciate all the time and patience you kindly provided.We international patients have extra baggage..but once again you and your staff made me feel comfortable and secure with my decisions ( for not taking the short cut)  and for that I thank you. I still cannot believe I fell asleep without being drowsy and woke up after a good nite sleep.... great stuff your guys use...
